Created as part of a winning submission to Electric Forest’s former non-commercial photography sponsorship program, UnMEDIAted. I was the sole photographer granted access to document the festival—not commercially, but artistically. In exchange for the opportunity (and two tickets), I was asked to produce 30 photos capturing how I see Forest.

The project was shot using a mix of instant film and digital tools: part of the series was captured on an Intax Mini 90 instant camera, while the rest was created on my iPhone using two photo apps and a prism. The work explores perception, layering, and imagination—often using double exposure and visual tricks to reveal what the naked eye can’t.

As I wrote in my submission: "You don't need drugs to see what isn't there. You only need an imagination."
